Background & Experience
Veronica Malolos, CCIM is a Commercial Realtor and holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement.

In the greater Orlando area, she leases and sells CRE (commercial real estate) assets and leads her Capital Stack Team of CRE specialists. She was recently accepted in and completed The Wharton School Executive Program “Scaling A Business”. In mid 2023 she launched her podcast “Women Influencers in Business and CRE” in the hopes that by bringing the stories of successful women to the social media space, she and her guests will inspire and encourage other women in the different stages of their lives and careers. The next big goal of Veronica is to be one of the few women real estate developers in the CRE industry. She will serve as 2025 president of the largest District in FL CCIM, the Central District.

Through the FL CCIM 2014 Central District Mentorship Program, she was mentored and then hired in 2015 by CCIM 2017 Global President, Robin Webb, CCIM at NAI Realvest. Her personal notable transactions include land sales for the 12 million dollar portfolio of Stevens Plantation, St. Cloud, FL where she was mentored by 2014 Land Realtor of America, Ben Crosby, CCIM. She negotiated and completed the land sale of Cameron Preserve (a 200 unit multifamily site), completed 100% pre-leasing of the Nolte Road Retail Village plus the office lease for Florida Congressman Darren Soto, industrial flex leases for high-value technology and automotive companies and handled sales of investment real estate. Prior to transitioning to full time CRE, she was the Managing Broker of the top producing residential Remax office in her market area.

In her community of Osceola County, Florida, she served as Commissioner on the County Planning Commission for 10 years with the last 3 years as Chair and served as a Trustee for the Osceola County Education Foundation Charter School Board. She is currently serving on Osceola County’s Board of Adjustments.

As a Realtor and real estate investor of 20+ years, she is a leader in her local, state and national Realtor Associations. She is also a Graduate and Alumnus of “Leadership Osceola”, and a Graduate of both the Florida Realtors and National Association of Realtors (NAR) Leadership Academies. She is the 2024 Chair of NAR’s Commercial Research Advisory Board.

In 2010 she was President of the Osceola County Association of Realtors and in 2014 was District 12 Vice President for the largest state association in the country, Florida Realtors. She believes that real estate practitioners should subscribe to the Realtor Code of Ethics and be an active voice for real estate in the community. She is proud to be an RPAC Major Investor for ten+ years.
