ONBOARDING PROCESS
Agent will be sent an email requesting the following procedures be completed for onboarding process to begin:
Complete 5 documentation on Dotloop:
ICA . DBPR . IRS . Recurring Payment Information . “ach” Form for direct deposit
2. Once documents are submitted and confirmed, the agent’s license will be moved to Capital Stack Real Estate Group on DBPR
3. Agent will receive a Capital Stack email address in Google Suite
4. The Capital Stack website will be updated with bio and headshot of the agent
5. Capital Stack business cards will be ordered for the agent
6. A Dotloop account will be established for the agent
7. Agent shall receive a welcome email with updates on these steps, whether completed or in process.
8. Agent will receive a billing statement from the CSREG accountant for the annual or prorated fee
Agent Forms
There are 4 Google Forms that the agent will need to complete for every transaction as needed. These forms shall be found in the following two places:

The 4 Google Forms are as follows:
New Property Listing Form
*The agent should complete this form for Marketing of the property to commence. 5 bullet points are required for a flyer to be designed.
*The agent should send pictures/ maps and all marketing materials they have to admin@gocapitalstack.com .
*The flyer shall be sent to agent for approval
*Once the flyer is approved, the property will be listed in the following websites:
Crexi
Realnex
Loopnet/ Costar
Yardi/ Total Commercial
CSREG website
* The agent should provide all log-in information for any websites personally subscribed to. Please email login info to admin@gocapitalstack.com
2. Signage Installation Approval Form
There is an approval process for sign installation. Please note that once the sign is installed after approval has been signed, any changes for the installer will be at the agent’s expense.
Please provide very specific instructions and a picture of where the sign should be installed so that it can be forwarded to the installer.
Once the form is received and picture sent, admin shall submit the order within 24 hours. Installers have a 24 - 48 hour turnaround time to install, Mondays to Thursdays. Any questions regarding installation from the installer shall result in possible delays.
3. Invoice Request Form
Use this form when an invoice is required to bill for your commission.
4. Closed Deal Form
CONGRATULATIONS!
Now that the sale/ lease has been completed, fill out the Closed Deal Form
Managing Broker will be notified automatically and will start the Compliance Process. Once approved, CDA is created for the agent(s). CDA will then be sent to agent(s) for approval. Upon approval , commission will be disbursed. Disbursement will be done every Wednesday.

It is important that CSREG compiles and showcases its Agents’ Closed Deals in its website. Fill out this form for posting .
