$ 4.34M Land Deal Just Closed for the City of Kissimmee

The City of Kissimmee, Florida, has successfully purchased agricultural land located in Kissimmee! The 8.27 acre parcel, located on N. Thacker Avenue and W. Carroll Street, will be used for a new fire station, Pickleball courts and a Playground to serve the needs of it’s ever-growing community. The land was owned by one of the founding families of Osceola County, the Bronson Family.
